Application 1- Early Spring
A combination of crabgrass control and slow release fertilizer will be applied to all lawn areas. Liquid spot weed control will be applied on an as needed basis. This step will insure maximum greening as well as control crabgrass and broadleaf weeds.
Application 2- Late Spring
A second application of crabgrass control is applied to minimize the severity of the late season flush normally associated with hot, dry weather in July and August. Slow release fertilizer and liquid weed control is also applied to insure a thick, green lawn.
Application 3- Early Summer
A combination of preventative grub control and slow release fertilizer is applied to prevent fall grub damage. Our grub control is guaranteed and regarded to be the best in the industry. Spot weed control is applied as needed.
Application 4- Early Fall
A balanced slow release fertilizer is applied to insure greening, as well as root growth. Liquid weed control will be applied as needed. This application will help lawn recover from damage due to heat/drought stress common during July and August.
Application 5- Late Fall
Winterizer and lime is applied at this visit. This step will insure early green up the following spring as well as adjust Ph levels in the soil. Every lawn in New England requires annual lime therefore we provide one free application. Additional lime applications may be purchased at a nominal cost.
